COVID-19 Notice

NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

UPDATE: May 19, 2020

Recreation World RV is excited to announce the re-opening of our dealership! While we are eager to be fully operational, strict policies are in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers.

Namely, we will continue to practice safe social distancing with no handshakes or other physical contact. Our staff are all handwashing constantly, and we have hand sanitizer on-site to ensure frequent disinfecting. Staff members will be wearing masks when necessary and we ask that customers also bring a mask with them to wear when required. We do have masks on-site for customers who require one during their visit.

When touring our RVs, we will be restricting the number of people allowed inside at one time to ensure safe physical distancing is possible.

We will be limiting the number of people inside the building at all times for the comfort and safety of all customers. Wait times will likely be shorter as a result of this measure.

Appointments remain available and are preferred in order to best serve our customers and ensure the safety of everyone involved. We encourage you to make an appointment by email, text or phone. Customers who would prefer to shop from home with us over the phone are welcome to do so. Simply give us a call and let us know how we can assist you.

Additional cleaning procedures will be in effect at the dealership, with frequent sanitation and disinfection of all surfaces. Regular, thorough cleaning of any and all “touch points” will also be executed.

Our RV service department will be taking measures to ensure the safe handling of RVs dropped off for service work. Policies are in place to determine how long the RV must remain empty prior to our team beginning inspection and service.

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times. The entire Rec World RV team feels so fortunate that we are able to safely re-open our doors and help get our happy campers back on the road!

We look forward to seeing you soon,

Don & Micah Keller
