Our first experience with RecWorld was due to water problem with a 26 foot trailer we had bought privately. We had had the trailer into several local dealerships -- none of whom were able to locate and fix the problem. RecWorld's experienced staff quickly found the source of the water problem and offered multiple solutions to fix the it. The trailer functioned flawlessly after it was repaired by the staff at RecWorld.

While in Sault Ste Marie one summer, our family fell in love with a 32 foot trailer being sold by a Sault Ste Marie dealership at what appeared to be an unbeatable price. We were so impressed with RecWorld's service department that we decided to explore the option of buying from their sales team. Our salesman (Errol ) was able to tap into RecWorld's large inventory of trailers to provide us with an extensive hands on shopping experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Of course they had the same trailer we had seen in Sault Ste Marie .... but ... they also showed us several similar trailers built by other manufactures. Once we had narrowed our choice they lined up the two finalists and allowed us to conduct a side by side comparison. In the end not only did RecWorld meet the "unbeatable" Sault Ste Marie price, they offered us an even better deal.
Prior to taking possession of our new trailer there were several custom carpentry requests we had in mind. RecWorld's shop Forman ( Joe ) took the time to listen and design exactly what we were looking for. In our opinion, Joe is a master carpenter who's custom work looked like it was designed and built by the manufacturer.

When it came time to finance the deal Micah made it simple. She presented us with various financing options and offered us extended warranty options. Of course we opted for the extended warranty, having already experienced firsthand the excellent quality of their service department. We knew we would have peace of mind, knowing we were covered by the best team in the industry.
Over the course of the next few years our family has had the pleasure of dealing with the parts department staff for various camping accessories. Denise and Kyle have taken the time to listen to our camping needs and are always willing to share their extensive parts knowledge with us. When we need something special they take the time to search all the manufactures for an item and then they bring in several options allowing us to choose what would work best for us. How can you beat staff that does all the leg work for you and leaves the final choice to you?

This year the new trailer bug bit us again, and we decided to upgrade to a Park Model - planning for our retirement. We had come across some phenomenal deals in the states, and were tempted to cross-border shop. However, as our experience with RecWorld has always been positive, we decided to call Errol and see what they could do for us. Once again, RecWorld came through -- provided us with the best shopping options at the best price. Now we are anxiously awaiting spring, when RecWorld will pull our new trailer out to camp. It's no wonder we refer RecWorld to all of our friends!

Here is my experience at Recreation World RV

I still remember the first day I stepped foot into Recreation World RV. It was back in the fall of 2011. My wife and I owned a hybrid trailer and we were looking to upgrade to a bigger travel trailer as our family was growing and we really enjoyed camping. When we first walked in we were greeted by so many great people who were so friendly, outgoing, honest and I must say patient. The salesman greeted us with a big smile and asked us what we were looking for. We explained our situation and the salesman was so accommodating he must have shown us over 10 trailers that night as he wanted us to feel at home and I remember him saying something along the lines of "I want the two of you to purchase the right trailer for your family and if that means me showing you 10 more trailers, I will, just let me know. I am here for you, take your time and if you find something you like elsewhere, let me know and I'll see if I can get you that trailer". Now I remember going home that night and telling my wife that was about the best customer service I ever had. The salesman even took our email address down so he could send us more travel trailer floor plans to look at. Amazing!

After shopping for a couple of months and the help of the salesman, who was ever so patient and outgoing, my wife and I found the perfect travel trailer for our family - a 2012 Coachman Catalina 28DDS Deluxe Edition. This trailer has been great to us; we have had 3 great years with great memories.

To this day my wife and I still enjoy visiting Recreation World RV. We still enjoy looking at the new inventory. Our kids are always excited to come as well. It is always so tempting to buy new again and we know once the kids grow older, we definitely will and it will be at Recreation World RV.

I also found out later that Recreation World RV is also about giving back to the community and their customers. They offer a great referral program. They support KOA sick kids with a year-end BBQ fundraiser every September. They are well known for supporting local athletes and sports teams such as hockey, curling and many more. I am personally very thankful and appreciative of them in supporting our curling team the past three years as well as my son's curling bantam team this year who won the bronze medal at this year's 2015 bantam boy's provincials.
